Bower & Birch is a small business in Denver, Colorado. We collect only the information we need to process your reservation or respond to your inquiry, and we don't sell it to anyone.
What We Collect
When you make a reservation or submit an inquiry through our website, we collect:
- Name — to identify your reservation and address you personally
- Email address — to send confirmation details and follow up
- Phone number — optional, used only for pickup coordination
- Event date — to check availability and schedule your pickup
- Message content — any notes or questions you include in your inquiry
How We Use It
We use your information only to:
- Process and fulfill your reservation
- Coordinate your pickup time and answer logistics questions
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond the transaction you initiated. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except Google (Google Fonts, a web typography service — no personal data is shared).
Data Retention
Confirmed booking records are retained for three years for business and tax purposes. Inquiry records that don't result in a booking are retained for twelve months, then deleted.
Cookies and Tracking
This site does not use cookies, advertising pixels, session tracking, or analytics services. Google Fonts loads our typography from Google's servers, which may log your IP address per Google's standard infrastructure practices — this is the only third-party network request our site makes.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request, email reservations@bowerandbirch.com. We'll respond within five business days.
Note: confirmed booking records may need to be retained for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting law, even if you request deletion. We'll let you know if that's the case.
